My name is Elena Solomou, a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire and a licensed Clinical Dietitian since 2014. In 2019 I completed my Masters in Sports Nutrition at the University of Nicosia and since then I have been regularly attending seminars organized by the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADDD) and the Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Cyprus (SyDiKy).
I am an active member of the Cyprus Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists as well as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), while at the same time I am a member of GESY since 2021.

My first professional activity as a Clinical Dietitian started in a sports center in January 2015 and ended in February 2019. Since then I have been private and for four years I have worked with a personal training center, until last June. From July 2023, my dietetic office is located in the Nefeli diagnostic center, where I undertake sessions for patients with obesity, chronic and autoimmune diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular, hypertension, thyroid diseases, etc.) as well as for individuals with intolerances, for athletes, for pregnant – lactating women, etc.

My priority is the nutritional education of individuals with the aim of improving health issues and obtaining a healthy relationship with the body and themselves. Healthy eating means mental health and balance.
